In 1959 when Emilio's opened, it was the start of the winter.  It was the first year that the shop was open and it was a good year.  The next summer however was not.  Winter and skiing (the hottest new sport at the time) became the focus for Emilio's Ski Shop.  We have stayed with skiing, picked up some great friends and a new sport (snowboarding).  We have specialize with the winter sports that we enjoy.  With a long track record, customers have come to trust and depend on Emilio's for their skiing and snowboarding enjoyment.  

• Ski Shop-  For those of us that want to have 2 boards under our feet for extra power, stability and control.  We have the tradition since 1959.  We have been fitting out skiers for all kinds of conditions and terrain.  The equipment has changed quite a bit since 1959, since 1999 as well.  Changes and improvements continue to make skiing easier and more enjoyable for more people than ever.
• Snowboard Shop-  Snowboarding isn't a new thing to us.  We joined the snowboard revolution with Burton in 1979.  We have been a full time dealer for the finest snowboard equipment ever since.  Why, don't the snowboarders deserve the same as skiers.  Mmm, looks to me like the lift ticket is the same for all of us.
• Clothing-  Being warm and comfortable makes all the difference.  Their is no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing.  Dressing properly will make all of the difference.  Lightweight breathable fabrics allow you to play longer and enjoy the wonders of winter.
• Workshop-  Where would we get with out having our equipment checked out, tuned and repaired.  You know the airlines preflight their equipment before they go out.  We are just as fussy with our equipment.  Have your equipment at 100% performance for your enjoyment and safely on the slopes.  Emilio's has a fully equipped workshop and certified technicians to tune and maintain your smile on the slopes.
• Daily equipment rental-  If you don't ski all the time, you might consider rentals.  All of our rental equipment is rigorously maintained and tuned for each rental to ensure your enjoyment.
• Seasonal rental-  The next step, also a great economical way to get your kids in to the swing of things.  Growing kids need a different size pair of boots every few months.  Our seasonal rental program will allow your kids to have equipment that fits and functions properly.  At the end of the season return it to us and that's it.  Next season, different equipment for those growing bodies.  You can rental an entire set, ski, boots and poles.  Or just skis or just boots if you need.  During the season you can exchange equipment to accommodate growing and improving skiers.
